Over 1139.89+ miles as of 25th May 2009 (started May 2008) over 246 workouts.

Week 4 12/01     24.99 Miles (4.15 + 3 + 3 + 2.58 (ints) + 12.09)

Week 5 19/01     26.47 Miles (4.01 + 6.29 + 2.55 (ints) + 13.64)

Week 7 02/02     20.38 Miles (6.28 + 4.03 + 10.07) + introduced cycling so add a few miles on there.

Week 8 09/02     27.35 Miles (4.02 + 6.22 + 2.06  (ints)+ 15.05) + also 4-5 Miles of cycling and about 7 Miles walking.

Week 9 16/02     29.91 Miles (5.02 + 8 + 3.14 (ints) + 13.75) + cycling + wii Sports (well my arms ache from it, so must of done something)!

Week 10 23/02   26.24 Miles (5.01 + 8.10 + 3.12 (ints) + 10.01 + wii sports (again arms ache!)

Week 11 02/03   32.29 Miles (5 + 8 + 3.16 (ints) +16.13) + 10.07 km cycle + Wii Olympics

Week 12 09/03   30.46 Miles (5 + 8.07 + 4.11 (ints)  +13.28 (Started running before start line ) Silverstone Half Marathon - PB!) + Weights

Week 13 16/03   35.1 Miles (5.02 + 8.22 +3.84 (ints/hill rep) +18.02) + Cycling + arm weights + stomach exercises + lots of Wii Olmpics! 

Week 14 23/03   35.46 Miles (5.10 + 8.13 + 4.22 (Fartlek) + 18.01) + Press ups.

Week 15 30/03   36.26 Miles (5.06 + 8.05 + 3.15 (ints) +20 miles longest training run!) + Press ups, long walks, Weights.

Week 16 06/04   33.35 Miles  - Start of taper (5.12 + 4.80 + 3.21 + 4.08 (ints) + 16.14) + Weights, press ups + walks.

Week 17 13/04   26.13 Miles  - Taper time (5.04 + 8.07 + 3.02 (Fartlek) + 10) + press ups and Wii Olympics!

Week 18 20/04    35.35 Miles - (5.63 (inc calibration run Nike+, Nike still lower that Garmin though) + 3.52 + RACE Flora London Marathon 26.2 miles!) + lots of walking!

Post marathon training!  Now training for 10k's/10 miler/half marathon...

Week 1 27/5    0 Miles - Post marathon rest & recovery, some light walking only.

Week 2 04/05  8.33 Miles - (3.33 + 5) + 2 hours of swimming, 5+km exercise bike + 16.44 miles road cycling + weights + Pressups/stepper etc...

Week 3 11/05  14.98 Miles - (2.08 + 4 + 4.32 + 4.58) + Weights, e-cycle, stepper, 3.09 Mile forest walk, pressups, other walking etc...

Week 4 18/05  6.76 Miles - (6.76)  + Weights, gym, walking etc... (Lower due to being on Fitness Instructor Course)

Week 5 25/05  16.89 Miles - (5.03 +1.86 +10) + Weights (Lower due to being on Fitness Instructor Course)

Week 6  01/06  8ish Miles (3-4? (leader course) +5.17) + Weights, gym (Lower due to being on Fitness Instructor Course)

Week 7  08/06  6.35 Miles - (6.35) + Weights, gym (Lower due to being on Fitness Instructor Course) Race 10k

Week 8  15/06  00 Miles - (0) + Weights, gym (Lower due to being on Fitness Instructor Course)

Week 9  22/06 15.51 Miles - (4.11 + 6.37 + 5.03) + Aerobics, weights, walks etc...
