Fat is coming off...Total lost to date: 2 stone 6lbs (as of 23nd May 2009) I have always been 9 stone, well I was for years until it went up to 9 1/2 for a while then suddenly started to pile on and on and wouldn't shift (even when eating salad)! Back in May to my horror I was 13 stone 1 lb! That was the moment when I had to do something drastic! I have now lost 2 stone 6lbs! As of today (23th May 2009). I am not dieting, I mean I do like my food. I am however watching what I eat and when. I never used to have breakfast, but now I have it everyday day without fail; so I am actually eating more than I was before but still losing weight! I ensure that If I am running I always eat 1-2 hours before and ensure that it has enough carbs/energy according to what I am going to do. I then always eat as soon as I can when I have finished running to recover and include protein to repair my muscles. This just shows that you don't need to starve yourself to get rid of fat, in fact in my case it is quite the opposite! I just ensure that I run and burn more calories than I eat.
